Welcome to Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair. By scheduling or using my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair provides on-site automotive repair and maintenance services. All services are performed based on visible inspection and standard working conditions.
Estimates & Additional Repairs
Estimates are based on expected labor and parts. However, due to factors such as rust, wear, or age of components, additional issues may arise during service.
If repairs are expected to exceed the original estimate by more than $50, you will be contacted for approval before work continues.
Parts Policy
Parts used may include aftermarket components. Any warranties on these parts are provided by the manufacturer or distributor, not Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair.
Customer-supplied parts are generally not accepted. If approved, no warranty is provided on those parts or related labor.
Mobile Service Conditions
Customers must provide a safe, level, and accessible work area. Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe.
Liability
Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair is not responsible for:

Pre-existing issues or damage

Fluid leaks or stains

Failure of aged or worn components during normal service

Delays or complications beyond our control
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services.
If payment is dishonored, reversed, or stopped, Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair reserves the right to pursue recovery in accordance with applicable laws.
Authorization
By scheduling a service, you authorize Clark’s Mobile Automotive Repair to perform the agreed-upon work and acknowledge that additional approvals may be required for changes in cost.
